Service Description
Your wedding day is unforgettable—why not share it with your most loyal companion? As a Wedding Chaperone, my sole focus is on your pup on your big day, making it easy— and stress-free — to include them as part of your family. Whether they’re walking down the aisle with the rings, posing like a pro in your portraits, or soaking up love from guests, I’ll be right there to handle every detail—so you don’t have to. I prioritize their care and safety so you can enjoy your unforgettable night. From tailored touch-ups to timely potty breaks, I ensure your dog is calm, cared for, and camera-ready throughout your celebration. I will work with your vendors and be available on-call when you're ready for your furry friend to join the fun! Here’s what your VIP (Very Important Pup) gets: • Round-trip transport to and from the venue • On-site handler for ceremony, portraits, and reception appearances • Touch-up grooming and attire that match the wedding theme • Scheduled meal & water breaks (plus treats—always!) • Walks, potty breaks, and plenty of decompression time • Assistance with ring-bearing or aisle walking • Coordination with your photographer and planner for the perfect moments • Emergency bag stocked with lint rollers, toys, poop bags & more Whether it's a grand entrance or a quick cameo, I will make sure your furry family member shines on your big day, while you stay focused on “I do.” I take pictures throughout the day of our adventures and share them with you so you can see your dog's perspective from your wedding day. Want your dog at the wedding, but unsure how to make it work? Let me handle it, paws and all. We will have a free meet and greet before the wedding day to get to know you and your pet. I will then send a schedule for the big day at least thirty (30) days in advance to ensure everything aligns perfectly. Overnight In-home sitting can be added as an additional service, allowing them to enjoy the comfort of your home while you celebrate the big night!
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best care for your dog and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, please review the following policies for the Wedding Sitting service. Booking and Payment Wedding Sitting is offered at a flat rate of $450 for up to 8 hours of service on your wedding day. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Bookings should be made at least 60 days in advance to allow sufficient time for planning and meet-and-greet. Meet and Greet Every booking includes a free meet-and-greet. This meeting allows me to get to know your dog, its personality, and any special care it may need. The meet and greet will occur at your home or another mutually agreed upon location. Service Duration The service includes up to 8 consecutive hours, beginning at the agreed-upon start time. Additional hours may be available at $50 per hour, subject to availability. Your dog will not be left unattended at any time during the event. Dog Requirements Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and generally in good health. Any behavioral concerns, allergies, or medical needs must be disclosed during the meet-and-greet, and the "New Client Care Form" must be filled out before the event. Transportation Round-trip transportation is included from one location within 50 miles of the wedding venue. A mileage fee may apply for distances beyond 51 miles. Owners are responsible for providing a leash and/or harness that they would like included in photos. Add-On Services Overnight in-home pet sitting is available for an additional fee. Pricing will depend on the length of stay and a number of pets. Additional services or extended hours must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Schedule and Coordination A detailed schedule for the day will be sent at least 30 days before the wedding for your review. I will coordinate with your photographer, wedding planner, and any other necessary vendors to ensure your dog is included seamlessly in your event, however, you must provide their contact details. Text and photo updates are provided throughout the day. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
