Service Description

Our Premium Overnight service offers our highest level of in-home care for pets who benefit from extra presence and consistency. Your sitter will stay in your home for up to 18 hours within a 24-hour period, providing attentive care, companionship, and routine throughout the day and night. This service includes all the benefits of our Classic Overnight, with added daytime care and flexibility. To accommodate other scheduled clients and personal needs, sitters may step out during the day for either three 2-hour breaks or two 3-hour breaks. Outside of these breaks, your sitter will be in your home caring for your pets, maintaining their routine, and keeping your home lived-in and secure. Premium Overnight is perfect for pets who need more supervision, companionship, or consistency while you’re away. Due to the time commitment required, this service is limited and fills quickly, so advance booking is strongly recommended.


Cancellation Policy

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Visit times are scheduled as estimated arrival windows, not guaranteed exact times. Arrival times may vary by up to one hour before or after the scheduled time due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or schedule changes. Payment is required prior to the start of service, unless otherwise arranged. Any additional charges incurred during service will be billed after completion. Invoices are due within 10 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for any fees related to returned or failed payments. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify services. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled visit are non-refundable. No-shows or failure to provide access will be charged as scheduled. Clients returning home early must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Visits scheduled within 24 hours of an early return will be charged. Failure to notify Happy Paws of an early return may result in charges for unnecessary visits. Clients must notify Happy Paws as soon as possible if their return is delayed. Additional visits required due to late returns will be scheduled and billed accordingly. Holiday services are subject to additional holiday fees. Major holidays require advance booking and have limited availability. Holiday cancellations made close to the service start date may be subject to partial or full charges.
