Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies before booking your pet portrait session to ensure a smooth and enjoyable photo experience for both you and your pet. Booking and Payment Pet Portrait Sessions are offered starting at $200 for a standard 60-minute session with 15 edited photos. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session. Bookings should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and location coordination. Meet and Greet Each booking includes a free meet-and-greet. This helps me understand your pet’s personality, discuss location options, and review any special details or requests. Session Duration Each session includes up to 60 minutes of on-location photography at your home or a location your pet is comfortable with. I find most pets do not need more than 60 minutes, and sessions can be as short as 10 minutes. Additional time may be added at $40 per 30 minutes, subject to availability. I aim to capture posed shots and candid moments reflecting your pet’s natural personality. Pet Requirements Pets must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations. Please disclose any behavioral notes, allergies, or special needs in advance. Owners are responsible for bringing treats, toys, or accessories they’d like featured in photos. Travel and Location Travel is included within 30 miles of Greenwood Village, Colorado. A mileage fee may apply for locations beyond that range. Sessions typically take place outdoors or in your home to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable in a familiar environment. Photo Delivery You will receive a private online gallery with 15+ edited, high-resolution digital images within 14 days of your session. Additional images may be purchased separately upon request. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if rescheduled within 30 days. In case of inclement weather, I will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
