Cancellation Policy

The final price is subject to change. The base price includes one (1) pet. Every additional pet is $15. Prices may vary based on arrival and departure time, and you may not be charged the full $60 on departure day. Clients may make reservations at least seven (7) days/ one week in advance for overnight services. Special circumstances may be accommodated; please contact me and explain your situation if overnight services are needed before the seven-day window. The reservation will say it is a one-hour session to ensure my calendar remains clear for walk/drop-in and daycare for other regular clients. I never book multiple clients for overnight stays, as this time is reserved solely for your pet’s comfort and well-being. Overnight services begin no earlier than 9:30 AM and end at 10:30 AM on the final day unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients must provide a key or access code to their home and ensure that pets are up-to-date on vaccinations and that any special care instructions are provided. Any behavioral or medical concerns should be disclosed prior to booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
