New Client Form

We're so excited to take care of your pets!

This form helps us get everything set up in Time to Pet, our secure client portal. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to request and schedule visits, message your sitter, receive detailed visit reports with photos, and track walks and care.

For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Time to Pet app after your registration is approved so everything you need is right at your fingertips.

**This form is for clients who have completed a free meet-and-greet. If you would like to set up a meet and greet, please fill out a contact us form.**

What Happens Next?

  1. Submit your New Client Form.

  2. We’ll create and approve your Time to Pet account and notify you once it’s ready.

  3. Download the Time to Pet app on your phone to request visits, message your sitter, and receive updates with photos.
